2023 – 2026 · Dishbrain GmbH · Founding team

Dishbrain made AI tangible for people and organizations. As part of the founding team, Luca helped build product, technology and operations. One focus was an AI literacy learning platform in the context of the EU AI Act: complex regulatory knowledge had to become understandable, applicable learning content.

AI literacy involves more than operating a tool. Depending on their role, people need sufficient understanding of opportunities, limitations, context of use and responsibility. The challenge was to turn this broad subject into a digital product that learners could actually use.

As part of the founding team, Luca worked across the product chain: concept and development through to server infrastructure and the platforms used by clients. This combination of subject-matter translation and technical operation also shapes his consulting work today.

Training alone does not change how people work. AI literacy becomes effective when content fits the context of use and connects to concrete rules, responsibilities and use cases. The platform work at Dishbrain therefore combined product design, subject-matter translation and dependable operation.
